Project description
Codecool is a programming school with a unique profile in Romania, because at the end of the modules the organizer contractually guarantees a job to the participants. The project is already underway in Hungary and Poland, the launch in Romania being only a regional expansion.

Obtaining leads (students enrolled in courses) and increasing the brand’s notoriety on the Romanian market

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads and Facebook Ads)
Strategy
The initial campaigns were mainly aimed at increasing brand awareness, so that we gradually gain the trust of potential participants. A differentiating key message was identified which proved to be crucial for the effectiveness of the strategy. On Google Ads, we used a branched campaign structure, relying mainly on multiple search campaigns, doubled by Display campaigns targeted at custom audiences, both directions generating expected conversions. On Facebook Ads, we increased the volume of traffic, and subsequently the campaigns migrated to a lead-oriented direction, being displayed to the best performing audiences identified following the A/B Testing. Last but not least, after stabilizing a funnel of leads, we also focused on growing and strengthening the community on the Facebook page.
