Hello Holidays is one of the most important players on the travel agency market in Romania, with over 12 years of experience. Their main activity is the organization of stays and tours in the country and in Europe.

Strategy
The strategy implemented on Google Ads consisted of a large skeleton of campaigns, developed especially on Search campaigns, segmented according to the services and destinations of the partner. In parallel, a scheme of general and specific Display campaigns was applied, so as to increase the interest for tourist packages. Also, the strategy on Google Ads was complemented by the direction of dynamic remarketing ads, the method by which we substantially increased the conversion rate. Through Facebook Ads we tried to promote destinations based on conversion campaigns, successfully using value-based lookalike audiences (having a history through the Pixel set up correctly on the site), so that we can find the right customers. and fit into a very small CPA. Also, in addition to the campaign architecture, we also relied on catalog sales campaigns, weaving in Facebook Ads a special feed for tourism. Last but not least, we have grown the existing community on the Facebook page, so that the brand is perceived with authority and trust in the online environment.
Results (after 6 months of activity)
- > 3,000% ROAS on Facebook Ads
- + 40% more sessions on the website Y.O.Y.
- +6,500 new fans on the Facebook page
